The Eastern region remains the best bet for commuters

The desire to swap London life for the countryside remains as strong as ever. New homes buyers often become tired of expensive city life or decide they want to make better use of their hard earned cash and look for better value. Sometimes they simply wish to offer their families a better quality of living.

If you are looking for a new home this spring, the Eastern region remains your best bet.  House prices in the region remain affordable and the commute into London is not too onerous.  For example, the city of Peterborough is under an hour away from Kings Cross, making properties in the city and nearby Rutland, South Lincolnshire and Stamford more and more desirable.

There are various opportunities to buy new homes in the region including developments offered by housebuilders including Larkfleet Homes and Allison Homes, which both have developments in Peterborough, Stamford and Rutland.  One of our latest developments, Anvil Mews is shown in the image
