The new plan is part of an overall coast-to-coast initiative for the company and the new Larkfleet Homes South West division will be developing new homes primarily in Devon, Cornwall and parts of Somerset.
Leading the team for the South West will be newly-appointed head of construction Shaune Hicks and joining him will be James Higdon as head of land (pictured).
Adrian Evans, joint managing director of Larkfleet Homes, said:" We are delighted to welcome both Shaune and James to the team. Larkfleet Homes is at a very exciting stage of development and our initial plans for growth announced late last year now coming to fruition.
