Why walk if you can run?

Building strong community links is a vital part of the Larkfleet ethos. Of course we build fantastic houses but as an established company based in Bourne we also aim to make a significant contribution to the local community.

The Larkfleet Group of Companies sponsors, supports and donates to local charitable, sporting and other initiatives that are in keeping with our values as a business.

And sometimes it's also just about having fun!

It's a way off yet but news on the Larkfeet grapevine (yes such a thing does exist) is that we will be a sponsor of the Bourne Run in the Woods.

This fun and fab runs takes place on Sunday 9 April in the beautiful Bourne Woods and runners have the choice to run either 3 km or the full 10 km distance.

Also, whilst we are on the subject of Bourne, Larkfleet has a very lovely development in process just on the outskirts of this traditional market town,

Bourne Heights is a brand  new development of stunning eco-friendly two to five bedroom properties and there's still some available but it won't be this way for long.
